In Maharashtra the total of cases reached 10,15,681. The death toll due to the pandemic reached 28,724 with 393 new fatalities reported across the state.
Having 26.7% of active ratio for every 100 confirmed cases 27 are currently infected and 2.8% of fatality ratio.
Confirmed Per Million is 8,495.6 India has 3,558.2 CPM it means 8,496 out of every 10 lakh people in Maharashtra have tested positive for the virus.
Tests Per Million is 42,281.7 it means For every 10 lakh people in Maharashtra 42,282 samples were tested.
With the recovery ratio of 70.4% and the avg growth rate of 2.4% Maharashtra is in the top on the list.
2. Andhra Pradesh
Andhra Pradesh has recorded a total of 5,06,493 COVID19 cases. Out of which 4,04,074 people recovered completely. A serosurvey in Andhra Pradesh has revealed that close to 20 per cent of the state’s population has developed antibodies for SARS-COV-2.
The serosurvey, which included 5,000 people, showed that 19.7 per cent of people developed immunity against the virus.

3. Tamil Nadu
Tamil Nadu recorded 5528 new cases of Covid-19 and 76 deaths on sunday while active cases stood at 48,482 after 6,185 people were discharged. The case tally touched 4,97066 while cumulative toll reached 8,307
Chennai reported 991 cases and 11deaths, while Chengalpet (279), Kancheepuram (173) and Thiruvallur (296) together added 748 new cases. The Chennai region had 16541 active cases, including 10845 in Chennai.

Uttar Pradesh reported 6,846 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, taking the number of active cases in the state to 67955.in the last 24 hours and 6,085 people discharged.
The active cases in the state are 67,955. A total of 2,33,527 people discharged. The total death toll is 4,349 in the state. The recovery rate is 76.35 per cent and case fatality rate is 1.42 per cent which is less than the national average
